DYNAMICS OF MEASURING INSTRUMENTS ERRORS
The problem of metrological reliability of measuring instruments is a very important and urgent scientific and technical problem, its solution allows to ensure the unity of measurements, to increase the quality and reliability of the produced item. At the same time, the problem of metrological reliability is very complex as it has specific characteristics. The specific feature of the metrological reliability problem is that the basic premise of the classical theory of reliability about the constant intensity nature of rejections over time is not true for it. The study of metrological reliability is based on the study of the change of error over time, so the basis of the analysis is the theory of random functions. The article shows the results obtained based on the study of the nature of the changes of the errors during the use of electrical measuring devices for 10 years in the metrology laboratory of the ASOIU. Predicting of metrological rejections was performed using the linear model of the dynamics of errors. Keywords: measurement instruments, error, dynamics of errors, metrological rejection, accuracy class, linear model, distribution curves.
