DISCUSSÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA SOBRE AS ATIVIDADES DO TREINAMENTO FÍSICO PARA PESSOAS SUBMETIDAS A CIRURGIA BARIÁTRICA
Obesity is a chronic condition that leads to various health complications such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases. When traditional methods like diets and physical exercise are not effective, bariatric surgery emerges as a viable option for treating severe obesity, promoting significant weight loss and improvement in overall health. However, surgery alone does not ensure long-term results, and weight regain is a common concern in the postoperative period. Physical exercise plays a crucial role in this process, aiding in rehabilitation, weight maintenance, and the prevention of complications, while also improving physical fitness and metabolic control. This study proposes the creation of a personalized physical training program for bariatric patients, emphasizing the importance of multidisciplinary support and the essential role of physical education professionals in recovery and health promotion.
