Research on Human Reliability Analysis in Digital Main Control Room of Nuclear Power Plant
Abstract With the development of computer technology, nuclear power plant instrumentation and control systems have evolved from analog to digital control, and the introduction of new technologies has changed the contextual environment of information display, procedure, and control, thus requiring consideration of new human factors issues that may be brought about as a result. Human Reliability analysis in digital control systems is a key issue related to the safety of nuclear power plants, and there is no precedent for reference or experience to be gained. There is no precedent for reference nor experience to learn from, therefore, how to systematically carry out the human reliability analysis in digital control system is a hot and difficult issue in the current academic and engineering research. This paper discusses the design difference between digital main control room and analog technology main control room with the background of digital nuclear power plant, and at the same time explains how the human reliability changes in the digital environment, classifies the human error modes in the digital main control room system, and carries out a simple qualitative and quantitative analysis of the HRA of digital nuclear power plant based on a specific power plant.
