Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction sector are crucial to the economic and social development of any nation, as they meet one of the most basic human needs: housing. However, the industry faces several challenges, one of the most prominent being the need for proper management. This problem can be addressed by implementing strategic alliances. Strategic alliances have proven to be effective in today's business environment, characterized by rapid change, consumer empowerment and the use of technology in daily activities. In addition, relationships between companies and their clients or consumers are increasingly close, generating continuous interaction where communication, trust and added value are essential to remain in the market.
