Foreword
Welcome to the 47th edition of the International Semiconductor Conference (CAS), an IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) event, held from October 9 to 11, 2024, in Sinaia, Romania. Each year, CAS brings together leading academic scientists, researchers, and students to exchange novel research, share practical experiences, and discuss challenges and solutions in the fields of nanoscience, micro- and nanotechnologies, and semiconductor devices physics and technology.
