INCLUSIVE EDUCATION WITHIN THE FRAMEWORKS OF SOCIAL INCLUSION: THE CHALLENGES FOR PUBLIC POLICY FORMATION AND REALIZATION

In the paper the issues of inclusive education as a constituent of social inclusion (regarding the emerging challenges for public policy formation and realisation) are identified, characterised and analysed.The concepts of inclusion, social inclusion and educational inclusion are examined.The peculiarities of policy on social inclusion are analysed in terms of its evolution, legal aspect, and importance of social interaction.Such policy provides individuals with mechanisms to overcome complicated circumstances, reminding them of their unique nature.The connection between social inclusion and inclusive education is revealed as social inclusion is practically reduced to educational inclusion today.The principles of Vda a perspektivy 10(41) 2024
