Análisis del modelo ERCA y su aporte en las planificaciones curriculares.

The article aims to analyze the ERCA model and its impact on curricular planning, evaluating its contribution to the improvement of learning results and the development of educational competencies. The central problem lies in the need to optimize teaching strategies to face contemporary challenges in the educational field, especially in the context of an institution in the Quevedo canton, Ecuador. The methodology used was a quantitative approach, using a correlational design to examine the relationship between the implementation of the ERCA model and the effectiveness in curricular planning, according to the perception of 16 teachers selected by convenience. A structured survey with Likert-type scales was used for data collection. The main results indicate that the application of the ERCA model favors student motivation and improves the structuring of curricular objectives. Teachers reported a positive perception about the impact of the model on their educational practices, suggesting that its implementation can be key to improving the quality of the teaching-learning process in the institution.
