PRODUÇÕES CIENTÍFICAS BRASILEIRAS SOBRE UNIVERSIDADES PROMOTORAS DE SAÚDE: REVISÃO DE ESCOPO
This study aims to map the Brazilian scientific production on the theme Health Promoting Universities. This is a scope review with searches conducted in March 2023 in the databases: Cochrane, IBECS, LILACS, Medline, Ovid, SCOPUS, Nursing Database, Web of Science, VHL, SciELO and Catalog of Theses and Dissertations of CAPES. 22,703 studies were identified, and after the application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, a final sample of 15 studies was obtained. The consolidation of the results showed that the productions found are published, predominantly, in the format of articles, with a quantitative approach, linked to institutions in the Midwest, South and Northeast of Brazil. The researches have emphasis on the students and indicate that, among the indicators associated with lifestyle, the psychosocial factors and consumption of alcohol and drugs had the worst results. It is concluded that the Brazilian scientific production on the subject is incipient in the country, which reinforces the need to expand and strengthen research, discussions and (re)formulation of institutional policies to promote the health of its actors, quality of life and health, in line with the assumptions of Health Promoting Universities throughout the national territory.
