Design of Artillery Attitude Measurement System Based on Dual-Antenna BDS/INS

This paper presents the design and implementation of a cannon attitude measurement system based on dual-antenna BDS/INS integration technology. As modern battlefield environments become more complex, traditional attitude measurement systems fall short in terms of accuracy and response speed, making them insufficient for operational needs. To address these challenges, the proposed system is integrated into an embedded platform, combining the high-precision attitude measurements from dual-antenna BDS with the high-frequency updates from an inertial navigation system (INS). The system employs an Error State Kalman Filter (ESKF) for data fusion, thereby enhancing the accuracy and robustness of attitude measurements. Experimental results show that during the simulated cannon aiming process, the system is capable of providing stable attitude data even under satellite signal interference. Additionally, it demonstrates a high level of accuracy compared to other precision attitude measurement systems, proving its practicality and reliability in real-world applications.
