A Smartphone-Based Health Monitoring and Management System
Prioritizing health is crucial for overall well-being, akin to valuing wealth and happiness. In today's fast-paced world, time constraints make it challenging for individuals to monitor their health actively. An essential solution is an automated health monitoring system that tracks users' health data and notifies them of significant changes. Integrating smartphone applications and technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT) enhances the efficiency of such a system. Unlike traditional methods, IoT enables machine-to-machine communication and automation, reducing the need for regular doctor visits. Incorporating IoT and cloud technology refines monitoring methods, enabling real-time storage and visualization of health data. This project utilizes an ESP32 for data collection and processing, detecting parameters such as temperature, pulse rate, and oxygen saturation. The ThingSpeak platform is employed for real-time health data visualization. Rigorous trials, accuracy testing, and error analysis were conducted on the proposed system, with promising results.
