Trajectory Optimization of LASD Spraying Robot for EMU
In this paper, a systematic solution is proposed for the automatic spraying application of Liquid Apply Sound Deadener (LASD) on Electric Multiple Unit (EMU), and the relevant material parameters and application occasions of LASD are briefly introduced. The structure of the automatic spraying system of the EMU is described, and the spraying principle and the required equipment are introduced. In order to verify the feasibility of automatic spraying of EMU, a virtual workstation is established on RobotStudio to simulate the automatic spraying of EMU. A static spraying coating accumulation rate model was established, and a method was proposed to improve the spray quality and ensure coating uniformity by optimizing the distance between adjacent spray trajectories. Finally, simulation and experimental verification were carried out, and the results showed that this method can effectively ensure the uniformity of LASD coating and improve the spraying quality.
