Design and Implementation of Internal Management System for Vocational Colleges Based on B/S Architecture

In order to enable all users of the examination management system to access the system through the Internet, in order to access the data in the examination management system in multiple regions and at any time period with different identities, and to greatly enhance the ability of system data sharing, the author proposes the internal management system of high vocational colleges based on BS architecture. The system adopts a modular design method, which divides the entire exam management process into several modules, including system management, course management, exam time, location and invigilator arrangement, exam score input and query printing. Design each module first, and then integrate all modules to form a complete exam management system. This design method makes the entire exam management system more structured, convenient, and scalable. The results showed that the testers tested each module of the system using methods such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing. Through testing, it was found that there were 28 bugs in the system. Through the distribution of bugs, it can be found that there are relatively few serious system bugs and recommended system bugs to be fixed, accounting for 17% of the total system bugs, respectively; However, moderate system bugs and minor system bugs account for 33% of the total system, and the severity distribution of the entire bug follows a normal distribution. We have prioritized bug fixes, which determines the order in which developers fix bugs. Conclusion: This system greatly enhances the data security, correlation, and real-time performance of exam management personnel during operation. At the same time, it also enables all users to conveniently access the system, query and print exam related information, input relevant data, and fully enjoy the convenience and speed brought by modern network technology.
