Design and Analysis of Graphene-Based Antenna Using Various Substrate Materials for 6G Applications
This paper presents the design and analysis of three microstrip graphene-based patch antennas, each utilizing a different substrate material which are Taconic TLY -3, Teflon (PTFE) and Rogers RT5880. All antennas are operating at 11 GHz, a potential frequency band for 6G applications. The antennas were evaluated based on their reflection coefficients and gains. The antenna using Rogers RT5880 substrate achieved the highest gain of 2.317 dBi and the best reflection coefficient of -22.531 dB. These results indicate that Rogers RT5880 is a highly promising substrate for future antenna designs in 6G applications.
