Social Media Maturity Model for Indonesian Crowdfunding

This paper was authored in response to the rapid expansion of crowdfunding enterprises in Indonesia during the past 3-4 years. The accumulated contributions provide financial support to umkm or small enterprises involved in certain initiatives. The maturity model is shaped by user behaviour, as seen by the caption language posted on the Instagram site. The assessed criteria include strategy, advertising, pricing, content, and temporal structure. These factors are essential to the statistical examination of social media platforms. This study aims to aggregate caption data from various social media platforms, includinding sites in Indonesia, totalling 5012 records. Furthermore, we will proceed to annotate each review according to theories of behaviour, with a specific emphasis on identifying relevang Instagram, that are specifically associated with crowdfunding enterprises in Indonesia. The data collection process employs the apify.com platform to query the "crowdfunding Instagram address" and retrieve posts from all content. To obtain the quantitative data, the cumulative count of reviews for each metric is compiled. The quantitative data is inputted into Linear Regression (OLS) models. The proposed model is not significant because the p-value > 0.05 and the R2 value of the regression model falls between the range of 0.25 to 0.64.
