Prediction of Powder Delivery Amount With Polyethylene Belt-Loaded Powder
Electroexplosive powdering, as an emerging method of ultrafine powder preparation, has the powder feeding amount as a key factor affecting the quality of explosive products. To achieve stable and accurate micro powder feeding, an X-axis linear motor-driven polyethylene belt-loaded powder molding device was constructed and powder feeding experiments were conducted. By analyzing the factors affecting the powder feeding amount, a mixed prediction model for the powder feeding amount was established. Experimental verification showed that the prediction results meet the practical requirements of the powder electroexplosion method, providing a solution for the accurate prediction and control of the powder feeding amount.
