TERAHERTZ RADIATION SPECTRA OF A SYMMETRIC GRAPHENE PHOTONIC CELL WITH FERROELECTRIC FILLING
The transformation of the reflection, transmission and absorption (amplification) spectra of linearly polarized TM radiation of a symmetric photonic cell consisting of two layers of semiconductor, two layers of graphene and a layer of ferroelectric is considered in the paper. Amplification is observed in the near terahertz range, when the imaginary part of the permittivity of graphene becomes negative. Photonic spectra can be controlled by changing the Fermi energy of graphene layers, the external magnetic field, as well as the temperature, and material parameters of the ferroelectric layers.
