OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF A MEMRISTIVE COMPOSITE BASED ON TITANIUM OXIDE NANORODS AND SILVER NANOPARTICLES
A technology for creating a memristive composite sensitive to laser radiation has been proposed. The composite is a film made of nanostruЕctured TiO2 and silver nanoparticles, located in the gap between gold electrodes on a planar two-terminal structure. The sensitivity of the composite to laser radiation with different wavelengths has been evaluated. It has been found that the switching between high and low conductivity states in the sample is caused by the simultaneous application of electrical and optical signals. This makes it possible to consider this composite as a potential platform for developing optoelectronic memristive systems for neuromorphic vision.
