DEPENDENCE OF EFFICIENCY ON THE HETEROGENEITY OF THE PHOTORESPONSE OF A SOLAR MODULE

The work demonstrates the results of measuring the photoresponse of solar cells under local light irradiation and investigates the presence of a correlation between the heterogeneity of the photoresponse and the value of the efficiency of the solar cell.
