SrIrO3 AS A PROMISING MATERIAL FOR OBSERVING INVERSE HALL EFFECT
The results of the fabrication, electrical and physical properties and X-ray diffraction analysis of iridate (SrIrO3) films and the observation of the inverse spin Hall effect in SrIrO3/ferromagnetic heterostructures are presented. Thin films and heterostructures are grown epitaxially on NdGaO3 and SrTiO3 substrates. A method for fabrication these materials is presented. A dependence of resistance on temperature and transverse resistance caused by the presence of spin-orbit interaction in the material were revealed.
