STUDY OF ELECTRICAL AND OPTICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF HEAT FLUX SENSORS BASED ON ANISOTROPIC FILMS

The integral emissivity ratio of a radiation sensor based on a thin anisotropic film of germanium telluride over the visible part of the spectrum was measured. The dependence of the volt-watt coefficient in the range of 400÷1150 nm was obtained.
