PHOTOINDUCED COHERENT PHONONS IN VANADIUM DIOXIDE

The excitation of photoinduced coherent phonons in vanadium dioxide under the action of a short laser pulse has been theoretically investigated. The dependence of the frequency and amplitude of coherent oscillations of the VO2 crystal lattice on the energy density of the laser pulse and time is found.
