EVALUATION OF AIR THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY TEST METHOD

The reliability of the results obtained using a laboratory installation as training equipment from the developers was assessed. Design flaws of the installation and inaccuracy of the methodology in determining the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the air were revealed. It is proposed to make changes to the design, to change the calculation formulas taking into account thermal losses in real conditions.

Abstract

The reliability of the results obtained using a laboratory installation as training equipment from the developers was assessed. Design flaws of the installation and inaccuracy of the methodology in determining the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the air were revealed. It is proposed to make changes to the design, to change the calculation formulas taking into account thermal losses in real conditions.
