SPECIAL SIGNAL FORM GENERATOR

This article presents the development and research of a special signal form generator designed to assess the thermophysical parameters of high-power bipolar transistors. The structure and operating principles of the device are described, including its main components: a low-frequency generator, a linear voltage ramp generator, a summator, an amplifier, and a comparator. The generator produces a signal that is a combination of a linear voltage ramp and harmonic voltages, which is necessary for testing transistors in terms of their quality and reliability. The article provides the results of modeling and experimental verification of the generator's operation, as well as discusses its technical characteristics and potential practical applications in the context of quality control of electronic components. A schematic of the generator has been developed and implemented, ensuring the generation of special form signals with an amplitude of up to 150 V and a rise rate of up to 75 V/s.
