APPLICATION OF THE METHOD OF CIRCUIT DETERMINANTS TO THE ANALYSIS OF THERMAL EQUIVALENT CIRCUITS OF MULTI-ELEMENT ELECTRONIC DEVICES

It is proposed to use the method of circuit determinants to calculate the parameters of the thermal model of an electronic device presented in the form of an equivalent electrical circuit. An example is given and the advantages of this approach are shown.
