TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCIES OF ELECTRIC RESISTANCE AND MAGNETORESISTIVE PROPERTIES OF THIN-FILM NANOCOMPOSITES CoFe-MgF2

The results of the study of electrical resistance under the influence of hightemperature heating in vacuum and magnetoresistive properties of the thin-film system obtained by ion-beam sputtering are presented. It is revealed that in the composition of the composite, close to percolation, the maximum values of magnetoresistance are manifested and the effect of high temperature in vacuum provokes changes in electrical properties.

Abstract

The results of the study of electrical resistance under the influence of hightemperature heating in vacuum and magnetoresistive properties of the thin-film system obtained by ion-beam sputtering are presented. It is revealed that in the composition of the composite, close to percolation, the maximum values of magnetoresistance are manifested and the effect of high temperature in vacuum provokes changes in electrical properties.
