SYSTEM FOR HIGH-PRECISION MEASUREMENT AND STABILIZATION OF DFB LASER TEMPERATURE

An experimental setup for monitoring the temperature of a semiconductor laser diode is described. The results of measuring the long-term drift of the central wavelength relative to the reference source are demonstrated. The possibility of rebuilding the wavelength of the output radiation with a step of 0.016 pm (2 MHz) is shown.

Abstract

An experimental setup for monitoring the temperature of a semiconductor laser diode is described. The results of measuring the long-term drift of the central wavelength relative to the reference source are demonstrated. The possibility of rebuilding the wavelength of the output radiation with a step of 0.016 pm (2 MHz) is shown.
