Research and Application of LSTM Model and Diffusion Model
In this paper, the diffusion and flow effects of nuclear wastewater in the ocean are considered, and an advection-diffusion model is developed, based on which numerical simulations are performed. The water quality was used to measure the degree of seawater pollution, and the collected data were used to train the LSTM model and predict the degree of seawater pollution after one month. And the diffusion model was adjusted to consider the ocean circulation, hydrodynamics, and tidal change for numerical simulation, and the decay of radio nuclides was taken into account to improve the diffusion model on the basis of the above study. Then, GIS simulation was used to predict the most serious pollution in Fukushima and its coastal areas in Japan in order to provide some reference for the study of diffusion prediction modeling in other fields.
