Measures to Shorten the Resonant Adjustment Time of Voltage Transformer Test Circuit

In recent years, the proportion of GIS plants and new energy plants in mountainous areas has significantly increased. The actual capacitance value of on-site CVT is difficult to obtain due to factors such as temperature and humidity, altitude, GIS pipeline length, parasitic capacitance, etc., and it is not possible to directly determine the matching reactance value during tuning. The current experimental tuning method takes too long, and the existing methods cannot meet the requirements. This article investigates the current experimental tuning methods and proposes the idea of developing a continuous tuning boost device. Through functional analysis of the continuous tuning boost device, various parts of the device are designed, and a continuous tuning boost device is successfully developed. The continuous adjustment method of the continuously variable transmission in this device achieves continuous and rapid sensing adjustment, improves the efficiency of the test, and avoids the safety risks of multiple power outages and frequent entry of personnel into the high-voltage area during the test. It has great promotion and application value.
