Research on Intelligent System of Remote Monitoring of 3D Printer Based on Internet of Things Technology
In view of the low degree of automation and imperfect functions in the fault diagnosis of 3D printed parts, the early warning and real-time monitoring equipment for 3D printed parts fracture fault was developed. The equipment includes modules such as cut off detection, alarm, video monitoring and control. In the recognition and warning of interruption, the optical sensor is used to realize the transmission of the printing equipment and the effective control of the shutdown of the printing equipment, the buzzer and LED light are used to prompt the close range, and the remote control of the equipment is prompted through the MCU and GSM module. Using Raspberry development board, webcam, voice sensor and Android client, video collection and transmission were completed. And the client sends an alarm to the printing device for remote control. This system not only integrates the performance of the existing test equipment, but also extends the existing system. This method improves the automation level and remote manual control ability of the system.
