Research on Intelligent Evaluation Method for Transmission Power and Line Loss of 10 kV Distribution Network
Due to the complex power fluctuations and unstable environmental conditions in power systems, accurately measuring the transmitted power and line losses presents numerous difficulties. To enhance the accuracy of line loss prediction and power transmission measurement, this paper introduces the Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) neural network combined with the integral method to accurately calculate the transferred power in 10kV lines. By collecting current and voltage signals over a specified period and integrating these values, the amount of electrical energy transmitted by the line can be determined. The GRU algorithm is then used to predict line losses based on the current and voltage signals and the line loss values. Accurate transmitted power (transferred power) can be obtained by subtracting the predicted line losses from the integrated power calculation. The effectiveness and practicality of this method are validated by comparing the calculated transmitted power with actual measurements taken at various time intervals.
