Research on Demand Response Mechanism Based on Price Incentive Driven Directrix Load
With the development of the new power system, the new load aggregators urgently need to adopt a more rational scheduling scheme to cope with the uncertainty of the high proportion of new energy. In this paper, the customer directrix load (CDL) considering the price factor is proposed for load aggregator optimal dispatch. By introducing time-of-use electricity pricing and CDL-based demand response mechanism into the traditional optimal dispatch model, directrix load is constructed in the system constraints to guide adjustable loads to be allocated in the whole time period and balance the nonadjustable resources in the system. In order to incentivize users to actively participate in the system regulation, the load aggregator optimization scheduling model is established with the objectives of consuming new energy and saving users' electricity bills. The results show that the price incentive driven CDL can improve the system's wind energy consumption capacity and system revenue, and can effectively reduce the cost of electricity consumption.
