Design and Simulation of a Reinforcement Device for Truss-type Material Ropeway Crossbeam
In the transmission line engineering, the large size of the crossbeam components of heavy-duty material ropeway increases the workload of the personnel on the construction site and poses higher risks to construction safety. Taking the crossbeam of a duplex-bearing rope material ropeway with a rated bearing capacity of 200kN in a certain project as an example, this paper proposes a reinforced device for truss-type material ropeway crossbeam. According to the finite element analysis, the traditional scheme usually adopts a 25a duplex I-steel structure to meet the bearing requirements, while the structure assembled with the device and the small-sized 18 duplex I-steel crossbeam can also meet the same bearing requirements. The device can reduce the weight of duplex I-steel by up to 36.6%. Under the rated load, the safety factor of the crossbeam with the device is greater than 2.5, which meets the requirements of strength and stiffness. The critical buckling load of the device is greater than the bearing capacity of the crossbeam, meeting the stability requirements. The device is designed ingeniously and can be quickly assembled with the small-sized crossbeam through simple bolt connection. This study aims to propose a reinforced device for the crossbeam components of material ropeway in transmission line engineering, providing new ideas and directions for the lightweight design of crossbeam components. It has important practical significance and application value in reducing construction costs, improving construction efficiency, and ensuring construction safety.
