Bilateral Idiopathic Neuroretinitis
Despite extensive laboratory tests, including serologic and imaging investigations, a definitive etiology remained unclear. It is very important to differentiate NR from other optic nerve disorders, requiring careful clinical evaluation and observation of the evolution of symptoms.
