Google Explore App: UX Redesign

We propose a redesign of the Google Chrome Explore app aimed to enhance user engagement through improved user experience. Within a Chromebook, the Explore app acts as a “compass” and helps users navigate through the device's unique features. The app is designed to help both new and experienced users “get the most out of [their] Chromebook” by providing tutorials, special offers, updates, and answers to FAQs about their device [1]. In this way, the Explore app acts as a continual onboarding experience for Chromebook users to help them fully utilize their Chromebook's features.
