This material is devoted to the aspect of the formation and development of artificial intelligence communication abilities with humans. The study was conducted based on the concept of human capabilities of information transfer. The objective of the study is to reveal the aspect of the formation and development of artificial intelligence communicative abilities. The study was conducted based on the concepts of human capabilities of information transfer. It is noted that human capabilities of information transfer are very powerful. Artificial intelligence is faster than human in processing logical sequences. However, a human feature is the simultaneous perception of a whole range of feelings. Feelings are a unique experience for each person. Artificial intelligence creates similar communication. This is evidenced by its formation of its own «I» (self-identity).
