Identity expressions in contemporary Bessarabian novel (Tatiana Țîbuleac, Sașa Zare)
The present material proposes a comparative analysis of the image of the Soviet Bessarabian space, the artistic representations of childhood and the expressions of identity crises in the novels The Glass Garden by Tatiana Țîbuleac and Disrooting by Sașa Zare. The texts raise a series of issues related to the human condition, to social, cultural, linguistic, ethnic identity, reflecting, through the destinies of the central characters, the identity crisis of the man educated in the (post)soviet space and his attempt to configure a personal identity.
