A Case Study on the Experiences of Prospective Food Processing Teachers Participating in Educational Practice
This study attempted to find ways to operate and improve educational practice by conducting a case study on the experiences of prospective food processing teachers participating in educational practice. Although the educational practicum was meaningful as an experience in itself for prospective food processing teachers, it was found that measures to reduce the gap in satisfaction based on guidance and feedback from instructors and completion of various subjects for teaching practicum subjects should be provided. Based on this, ways to improve the operation of educational practice in specialized subjects should be sought and measures to improve educational practice that can reduce the gap in satisfaction should be prepared.
