On the issue of correcting the registry error in the location of previously established boundaries of a land plot

This paper addresses a significant registry error related to inaccuracies in the description of the boundaries of a land plot. The error arose from discrepancies between the coordinates established by the cadastral engineer and their actual location on the ground. Additionally, it was identified that the initial registry error originated in the land development documentation. Such registry errors pose substantial obstacles when conducting any real estate transactions. As a result of the admitted error, the location and area of the plot may not correspond to the reality, leading to land disputes. A key distinguishing feature of carrying out this type of work is the justification for correcting the registry error. Reducing the number of registry errors enhances the transparency of real estate transactions, ultimately contributing to the development of the real estate market.
