Aphoristics of N.S. Gumilev

The article talks about the aphoristic heritage of N.S. Gumilev. Sayings are included both in Gumilev's literary texts and in journalism, are contained in articles on literary theory and in literary criticism, as well as scientific and popular science articles related to his travels. In the corpus of N.S. Gumilev's aphoristics, as in the aphoristic heritage of any author, the historical and nationalcultural component is important, since the sayings illustrate the author's worldview, his belonging to a special national linguistic culture. In the poet's poetic aphorism, the whole human life is represented with deep personal contradictions. The theme of Gumilev's aphorisms represents the ideological foundations of his works, reveals value orientations, as well as the genesis of his personal development. It should be noted that the poet's aphorism reflects multiple contradictions of a philosophical nature. It can even be argued that the inconsistency of Gumilev's aphorisms is a striking feature of the corpus of his sayings. Gumilev's aphorism is a reflection of his conceptual picture of the world, allows us to take a different look at his artistic work, the deepest inner world, to see the consistent development of his creative and literary–critical thinking.
