Repositioning Of Roxithromycin In Breast Cancer Through DMBA Induced Mammary Gland Carcinoma Against HER-2 Mediated Akt/Mtor Pathway
The purpose of this work is to assess the impact of roxithromycin on the HER-2-mediated AkT/mTOR pathway and mitochondrial-mediated death apoptosis in relation to 7,12-dimethylbenz (a) anthracene (DMBA)-induced mammary gland cancer. We evaluated roxithromycin's morphological and biochemical effects against DMBA-induced mammary gland cancer. Scanning electron microscopy and hematoxyline and eosin staining are two techniques used to analyze the morphology of tissues following roxithromycin therapy. A noteworthy declaration of antioxidant potential in mammary gland cancer was also made by roxithromycin. The current research demonstrated that roxithromycin inhibited the apoptotic mitochondrial death process, reduced the hypoxic microenvironment, and blocked the mTOR/AKT pathway to demonstrate its anticancer properties.
