Uniform Molecular Adsorption Energy‐Driven Homogeneous Crystallization and Dual‐Interface Modification for High Efficiency and Thermal Stability in Inverted Perovskite Solar Cells (Adv. Funct. Mater. 44/2024)

Dual-Interface Modifications In article number 2408512, Guangfu Luo, Aung Ko Ko Kyaw, and co-workers demonstrate a dual-interface modification employing 5-Aminopyridine-2-carboxylic Acid (APC) at the hole-collecting side and 2-thiopheneethylammonium chloride (TEACl) at the electron-collecting side. APC induces uniform adsorption energy, promoting homogenous crystallization without residual stress while TEACl leads to well-matched energy bands and reduced vacancy trap states. This approach highlights the importance of dual-interface modification in perovskite solar cells.
