General Legal, Organizational and Management Principles of Activities of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation
The article considers the order of implementation of the principles of legality, observance of human and civil rights and freedoms, one-man management and centralization of management. The authors have singled out the sequence of fixing the principles of law used in the activity of the national guard troops of the Russian Federation.
