Assédio Moral No Trabalho/Workplace Bullying: Uma Revisão De Literatura

Workplace bullying, recognized as a form of violence, has significant impacts on professional relationships and employee well-being. This systematic literature review aims to explore the coping strategies used by workers facing workplace bullying, with a focus on identifying the sociodemographic factors that influence trust, stress, and anxiety in the workplace. Through a comprehensive review of articles published between 2014 and 2024, this study examines the existing research on the subject, analyzing how gender, age, and marital status affect both the experience of bullying and the coping mechanisms employed. The findings suggest that women, particularly in leadership roles, and divorced individuals are more likely to experience severe stress and anxiety due to bullying, while organizational interventions remain critical for preventing and addressing such issues. This review highlights the need for further investigation into organizational-level coping strategies and the role of modern workplace dynamics, such as remote work and digital communication, in exacerbating or mitigating workplace bullying
