Conceptual Legal Basis for the Formation of Information Interaction between Federal Executive Bodies and the Civil Society

The article considers the conceptual and legal interdepartmental information interaction of federal executive authorities), identifies problems of legal regulation of forms of interdepartmental information interaction, makes a legal analysis of the application of interdepartmental information interaction the normative legal form of regulation of interdepartmental information interaction and the contractual form of interdepartmental information interaction, defines the range of subjects participating in legal relations of interdepartmental information interaction and identifies problems of formation of legal terminology in this area, recommendations on the regulation of public law relations in the field of interdepartmental information interaction have been developed.
