On Digitalization of Control Over the Legality of Municipal Regulatory Legal Acts

The present article is focused on the study of control over legality of municipal regulatory legal acts. The author observes significant amount of such acts in the regulatory legal system of the country and numerous lawmaking defects at the local government level. The implementation of modern software and hardware solutions to ensure control, as well as for direct detection of lawmaking defects is studied in the present article. Certain aspects of implementation of artificial intelligence technologies that, due to the complexity of algorithms, are able to independently perform routine tasks, to enable a specialist to concentrate on more demanding stages of control, and at the same time can create security threats, are described. As a result of the research it is concluded that it is necessary to create a unified digital platform of lawmaking and control of its legality.
