A Combination of Insurance and Budgetary Mechanisms in Pension Support of Military Servicemen and Equal-Status Persons: Defects in the Russian Pension Insurance Model

The article studies special aspects of double pension support of military servicemen and equalstatus persons from the standpoint of characteristic traits of the Russian pension insurance model and its fundamental insurance principles. The author pays attention to gaps in legal regulation of matters of mandatory pension insurance of military servicemen and equal-status persons and concludes that there is a need to eliminate the defects in laws on pension insurance of special subjects.
