Legal Regulation of the Implementation of the Integrated Information System of Advocate's Community of Russia in Advocate's Community Activities

The article dwells on the legal regulation of the advocate's community digital transformation, the key element of which is the Integrated Information System of Advocate's Community of Russia. The conclusion is made that the creation of the Integrated Information System of Advocate's Community of Russia will allow the automated fulfilment of advocates and other person's rights protection tasks, and will also ensure the advocate's community digital sovereignity through public law regulation. The Integrated Information System of Advocate's Community of Russia will make the transition from the hierarchical structure of processes to horizontal interaction possible.
