The work addresses an important and promising issue of using blockchain technologies to expand investment opportunities in real estate, enhance its liquidity, and increase the security of investments. To achieve this, two approaches are proposed: restructuring the real estate registration system based on blockchain technologies and utilizing real estate securitization.
