TERRITORY OF A GARDENING ESTABLISHMENT WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF A SETTLEMENT

The territory of horticulture can be located on the lands of settlements or agricultural purposes. The very definition of the concept of “garden land” contains the possibility of its use both for recreation of citizens, and the cultivation of crops, and the possibility of placing a residential building. In such conditions, regional legislators are faced with the difficult task of formulating criteria for classifying the territory of horticulture as the lands of settlements. In this paper, proposals are made to find criteria for assigning a horticulture territory to a certain category of land.
