AN AGREEMENT WITH COUNTER-OBLIGATIONS IN THE INVESTMENT SPHERE

The article considers a contract with counter investment obligations (offset contract) as a means of implementing state and municipal needs and a mechanism that allows attracting investments to the regions. The concept and features of a contract with counter investment obligations, enshrined in the legislation on the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs, are analyzed, the content of a contract with counter investment obligations (offset contract) is analyzed.
